Harney & Sons Fine Teas offers three elegant art teas from the Fujian Province. Green tea leaves are cured and then scented with high-quality flowers grown in Fu’ An, Fujian Province. Each flower is hand-picked, hand-pressed and sewn by hand. One glance into a glass teapot explains the term art teas - also referred to as display teas.Click on the photo for a close-up view of the teas.

Spring Season This art tea is similar to Dancing Snowflakes, however a different flower is used. When brewed, the yellow flowers swirl around in a beautiful effect. A pleasing sight for the eyes.

Jasmine Fairy Maidens Make sure you use a tall container to show this art tea at its best. When brewed with hot water, a tall white flower emerges that is stunning. This tea is gently flavored with jasmine flowers.

Seven Sons Congratulating
The green and white tea buds are pressed into a bulb with a red flower. When placed into hot water, the bulb blossoms revealing the red flower surrounded by a white crown. The light tea is a pink color.

Golden Flower
When the ball of green and white two golden crysthanhemums emerge. The light tea is tinged with a golden hue. The taste is a blend of slightly sweet and bitter (the tea and the flower combined). Yin and Yang.
